Jaclyn Laviage, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Human Resources Generalist at ARCO Design/Build, focusing on HR program development and implementation. Previous experience includes a Human Resources Generalist role at Granicus, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, HR investigations, and compliance, along with support during mergers and acquisitions. Jaclyn also held a Corporate Recruiter position at Granicus, managing full-cycle recruitment and candidate experience. Prior experience includes serving as Sorority Growth Manager for Gamma Phi Beta International Sorority, successfully overseeing new chapter extensions, and as an Executive Recruiter at Parker and Lynch, specializing in the accounting and finance sector. Jaclyn's career began as a Collegiate Leadership Consultant for Gamma Phi Beta and includes early teaching experience through a student teaching role at Fort Worth ISD. Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Texas Christian University.
