Lance Cottew is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in underwriting and client management. Currently serving as an Associate Underwriter at Grange Insurance Association since April 2023, Lance previously held roles at CNA Insurance as an Underwriting Technician, where responsibilities included underwriting renewals and collaborating directly with underwriters and agents. Prior experience includes positions at Griffin Underwriting Services and State Farm ®, where Lance excelled in processing requests, training new employees, and providing exceptional service, earning multiple recognitions from agents. In addition to a solid foundation in insurance, Lance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from DeVry University, enhancing technical competencies within the industry.
