FNU William has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2012, they worked at Golden Nest, Inc as a Product & Quality Control specialist, ensuring that all products met the necessary standards and promoting new products through presentations and distribution of samples. From 2012 to 2017, William served as the Church Operations Manager at the International Full Gospel Fellowship, where they provided technical support, managed budgets, and implemented website features to support remote services. In 2017, they joined Grandstream Networks as a Product Development & Test Engineer (Business Analyst), where they analyzed business requirements, collaborated with the engineering team, and delivered real-time insights to developers for product feature development.

FNU William holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Systems Network Security and Information Assurance, which was obtained from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona. This degree was completed between the years 2015 and 2017. Prior to that, FNU William obtained an Associate's Degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Pasadena City College. This degree was earned between the years 2013 and 2015.
