Nicki McGrogan has worked in the cosmetics industry since 2017. Nicki started their career as a Beauty Advisor at SEPHORA, before moving to L'Oréal in 2019 as a Junior Graphic Designer. In 2019, they joined Grande Cosmetics, LLC, where they held the roles of Design Manager- Packaging & Visial Merchandising, Senior Packaging Designer, and Graphic Designer.

Nicki McGrogan attended the School of Visual Arts from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design.
