Renae Hesselink is the Vice President of Sustainability at Nichols, a company dedicated to maintaining clean and healthy facilities. With a career at Nichols since December 1993, Renae has previously held roles as VP of Sales and Marketing, Sales Manager, and Supply Manager. In addition to this position, Renae serves as an Adjunct Professor at Grand Valley State University, teaching a course on Sustainability Assessment and Reporting. Renae is also the owner of City Center Arts LLC, which promotes arts and culture in downtown Muskegon, and manages Kitchen 242, a commercial kitchen for food entrepreneurs. Renae’s extensive volunteer work includes positions with TEDx Muskegon, the U.S. Green Building Council West Michigan, and the Muskegon Area Sustainability Coalition. Renae's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Leadership and International Business from Baker College and a BBA from Grand Valley State University.
