Rachel Stephens is a seasoned professional in higher education with extensive experience in admissions and financial aid. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Financial Aid-Customer Service and Office Operations at Grand Valley State University since November 2023, Rachel previously held significant roles at Hanover College, including Executive Director and Associate Vice President of Admission, since May 2019. From September 2012 to May 2019, Rachel was the Director of Recruitment at DePauw University, where responsibilities included leading recruitment planning and supervising counseling staff. Additional experience includes various positions at Saint Mary's College, starting as a Residence Advisor in 2004 and advancing to Assistant Director of Admission. Rachel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Music Performance and Italian from Saint Mary's College, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
