Nicole Fly is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience and product design. Currently serving as Lead Designer for Research & Insights at Grand Studio since September 2022, Nicole previously held the position of Senior Analyst for User Experience at Whirlpool Corporation, focusing on user research to guide the design of kitchen products. As a Sr UX Design Researcher at GE Healthcare, Nicole analyzed user behaviors in clinical settings to improve imaging devices and software solutions. Earlier experience includes serving as an Innovation Specialist at Kärcher North America, where data analysis played a critical role in product development, and as a Senior Product Designer at Marbles: The Brain Store, where over 170 products were developed and launched. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from Walla Walla University and a Certificate of Completion from Villa Aurora.
