Nita Narulita has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hotel and travel industry. Nita started their career as a Sales Manager at Menara Peninsula Hotel in Jakarta in 2003, then moved on to be an Assistant Sales Manager at JW Marriott Medan-Jakarta Sales Office in 2004. From 2005 to 2012, Nita held the role of Sales Manager at Melia Hotels Jakarta Sales Office. In 2014, they worked as the Regional Director of Sales & Marketing at THE AKMANI HOTEL GROUP and later became the Director of Sales & Marketing at Crown Prince Hotel. In the same year, Nita was also appointed as the Director of Travel Agent at PT. Elang Jagad Travel Agent. In 2015, they became the General Manager at The Square Surabaya and The Square Hotel Surabaya. Throughout their career, Nita has gained valuable experience in sales, marketing, and management roles.

Nita Narulita attended the University Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya from 1985 to 1990, where they pursued a degree in S1 Social Politic of Government Administration.
