Jessica Ward, PhD, currently serves as a member of the Title IX and Equity Team at Grand River Solutions, Inc., providing expertise in equity compliance and support. Prior experience includes working at the University of Indianapolis as Associate Vice President and Dean of Students/Title IX Coordinator, where responsibilities included overseeing student conduct processes, managing budgets, and developing student support initiatives. Additional roles at Eastern Illinois University involved coordinating gender and sexual diversity programs and administering the Student Code of Conduct. Jessica possesses an extensive background in collegiate administration, having held various leadership positions across multiple institutions, and earned a PhD in Leadership in Higher Education from Indiana State University.
