Prior to this, Tim worked as a Sales Executive at Charlton Group and as the Director of Sales/Marketing & Program Management at Kongsberg Automotive. With over two decades of experience in sales and program engineering, Tim graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business from Central Michigan University.
