Spencer Welton is a seasoned professional in the real estate development industry, currently serving as Sr. Vice President of Development at Grand Peaks since January 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Vice President of Development for both the Northwest and Northeast Regions at Simpson Housing LLLP from August 2000 to December 2015, and as Vice President of Development and Senior Project Manager at Marathon Management from August 1994 to November 1999. Additional experience was gained as Business Manager at H. David Company and as an Architectural Intern at Rothschild Architects. Spencer Welton holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Carnegie Mellon University, earned between 1987 and 1992, and attended Ward Melville High School prior to university.
