Michael Monteleone is a seasoned professional in the investment sector, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Investments at Grand Peaks since November 2023, following a progression from Financial Analyst in March 2016. With expertise in property acquisition and renovation management, Monteleone has played a key role in the acquisition of over 5,000 units valued at more than $1.2 billion and has managed a $29 million renovation project across multiple communities. Prior experience includes a Financial Intern position at Paladin Global Partners, LLC, and various roles in customer service and marketing.
