Nathanaël Feldmann is a professional with expertise in urban renewal and real estate project management. Currently serving as Chef de projet en renouvellement urbain at Grand Paris Sud, Nathanaël is responsible for overseeing the NPRU operation in the QPV Pyramides-Bois Sauvage area. Previous experience includes working as Responsable de programmes immobiliers at Nexity, where Nathanaël managed residential projects in Hauts-de-Seine, and as a consultant at NHOOD, focusing on optimizing parking spaces in shopping centers. Educational qualifications include a Mastère spécialisé in Urbanisme et Immobilier from ESSEC and a Master’s degree in Urbanisme et Aménagement from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. Nathanaël has also contributed to various projects and studies in urban development and commercial space optimization throughout a diverse career in both internships and professional roles.
