Laiken James is an experienced professional with a diverse background in marketing, communications, and claims adjustment. Currently, Laiken is a Claims Adjuster at Progressive Insurance since June 2023. Previously, Laiken has held multiple roles at Grand Palms Resort since May 2017, including Marketing & Communications Coordinator and Marketing & Communications Specialist. Laiken also served as a Marketing Coordinator and Office Manager at Envestnet | MoneyGuide from May 2018 to December 2020, and worked as Marketing Director and Front House Manager at Chick-fil-A-Franchise from October 2016 to April 2017. Early experience includes the position of Account Executive at Cumulus Media from June 2016 to October 2016. Laiken holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from the University of South Carolina, obtained in 2016.
