Kimberly McCann, PhD, is an experienced academic and consultant with a diverse background in psychology, research methodologies, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Faculty Chair for Clinical Mental Health Counseling Online at Grand Canyon University, McCann manages a team of professors and oversees online instruction. As Associate Professor at the College of Doctoral Studies, McCann mentors students through the dissertation process. Additional roles include Faculty of Research Methods at Atlantic University, Program Chair and Dissertation Manager at Walden University, and Online Adjunct Instructor at Southern New Hampshire University. Previous experience includes senior management positions at BAE Systems IT and the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, along with military service as a Counterintelligence Agent in the U.S. Army. Educational credentials include a PhD in General Psychology and various post-graduate certifications from Cornell and Harvard.
