Dean Sivara is currently an Adjunct Professor teaching Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Grand Canyon University, where instruction is provided to undergraduate business students. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Innovation and Digital Transformation and Vice President of Ideation in SAP's Global Incubator, focusing on evaluating new business opportunities and creating startups in adjacent markets. Dean also worked as a Startup Business Advisor, assisting entrepreneurs in launching ventures, and held positions at Cisco in Smart Cities, leading managed services solutions and developing go-to-market strategies for new businesses. Dean possesses a BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School.
