Ron Theis is a seasoned software engineer and investor with extensive experience in both the tech and startup sectors. Since October 2021, Ron has been a Software Engineer at Grammarly, contributing to various projects and initiatives. As an Investor/Member of the Alliance of Angels and an investor in multiple early-stage startups, Ron has supported companies like Madorra and Hollow Knight. Prior to these roles, Ron held significant positions at Tableau Software, where technical leadership was demonstrated from 2013 to 2021, and at Ridiculous Software, Inc., as a founder and software engineer. Educationally, Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
