Krista Anderson currently serves as the Head of Litigation and Employment at Grammarly, a position held since November 2022, after previously working as Senior Litigation and Employment Counsel at the same company. Prior to Grammarly, Krista held the role of Assistant United States Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia from February 2019 to October 2022. Krista's experience also includes serving as an Associate at Williams & Connolly LLP from November 2013 to January 2019, a Law Clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit during 2012-2013, and as a Student Attorney at the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau from 2010 to 2012. Krista Anderson earned a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a triple major Bachelor's degree in Business Honors, Finance, and Humanities from The University of Texas at Austin.
