Kourtney Keaton is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales and business leadership. Currently serving as the General Manager of Grammarly Business at Grammarly since May 2023, Kourtney also holds membership in Chief, an organization dedicated to advancing women in leadership roles. Prior to Grammarly, Kourtney was Vice President of US Sales / Growth at Compass, leading a substantial team and achieving significant sales targets across multiple markets. Kourtney has held various leadership positions, including Managing Director roles at IPD Analytics and DoubleDigit Sales, and has a rich history with The Advisory Board Company spanning over a decade. Kourtney holds a Master's degree from Yale University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Miami University.
