Anthony Yan is a Software Engineer at Grammarly since June 2024, with a strong background in software development and leadership roles. Previously, Anthony served as Co President and Board Member at RiceApps from September 2020 to May 2024, overseeing developer recruitment and curriculum development for an Open Source Accelerator program. As a Full-Stack Tech Lead, Anthony provided technical guidance on a recipe system for Houston Food Banks, and as a Full-Stack Mentor, coached and guided teams on essential web technologies. Anthony gained valuable experience through internships at Grammarly, Bill.com, Chevron, and McCormick School of Engineering, focusing on machine learning, cloud dataset management, and deep learning projects. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rice University, having graduated in 2024.
