Arindam Roy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data science and client success management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Client Success at Gramener since November 2016, Arindam has advanced from leading enterprise data solutions to overseeing product and service revenue growth and customer success. Previous roles include Associate Director and Senior Manager in Data Sciences, where engagement management spanned the entire analytics lifecycle. Arindam’s career began at Tata Consultancy Services, where analytics consulting established expertise in BI tools and technology, followed by system analysis and infrastructure alignment for a multinational client. Early experience at ThinkLABS Technosolutions involved product development in robotics and educational workshops, contributing to business development. Arindam holds an MBA from Great Lakes Institute of Management and a BTech in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology.
