Arvid Chowdhury has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Arvid started their career in 2005 as an Assistant Manager at AXIATA (Bangladesh) Ltd and worked there until 2009. In 2009, they joined banglalink, where they held various roles in Postpaid Market Development, starting as an Assistant Manager and progressing to Senior Manager. Arvid worked at banglalink until 2016.
In 2016, Arvid joined Grameenphone Ltd, where they initially served as the Head of Consumer Postpaid until 2018. Arvid then became the Head of B2B Mobility Product until September 2021. Following that, they worked as the Head of Large 4, B2B for a brief period from September 2021 to January 2022. Currently, Arvid holds the position of Head of Product, Partnerships and Operations, B2B at Grameenphone Ltd, a role they started in February 2022.
Throughout their career, Arvid has demonstrated their expertise in product development, market planning, and team management, particularly in the telecommunications industry.
Arvid Chowdhury earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Economics from the University of Toronto - University of Trinity College, from 1998 to 2003. Later, from 2004 to 2006, they pursued an MBA in Marketing from North South University. Arvid also obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in November 2019.
