Susannah Silverman Kennedy is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prominent firms. Currently serving as Principal and Head of Human Resources at Grain Management, LLC since August 2020, Kennedy previously held positions including Vice President of HR Talent Business Partner at the same company and Vice President of Human Resources Business Partner at Pretium Partners, LLC. With earlier roles at Hutchin Hill Capital and BlueCrest Capital Management, as well as a foundational experience at Goldman Sachs in the Securities Division, Kennedy has developed a robust expertise in human resources practices. Educationally, Kennedy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, complemented by preparatory education at The Peddie School.
