Ben DeMordaunt serves as Chief of Staff at Grain since August 2023, after holding the position of Senior Knowledge Analyst at McKinsey & Company from July 2021 to September 2023, focusing on Digital and Technology solutions for Fortune 500 clients. Previous roles include Consultant at Anglepoint, where software consulting services were provided to enhance IT controls and maximize software ROI, and positions as President and VP of Finance for the BYU Developers Club, where club-related activities and budgeting were managed.
