Kristin Watson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in client success and management. Kristin is currently working at GRAIL as the Client Success Director, Employer Partners. Prior to GRAIL, they served as the Director of Customer Success at Castlight Health and also worked as a Principal in the same company. Before joining Castlight Health, Kristin worked at GetWellNetwork as the Client Service Director - West, where they led a team in retaining and expanding enterprise customers. Kristin has also worked at The Advisory Board Company as an Associate Director and Senior Associate, Dedicated Advisor. In addition, Kristin has experience as an Assistant Practice Manager at Austin Gastroenterology PA and as a CBO Supervisor and Buyer at CPR/HeartPlace. Throughout their career, they demonstrated a strong dedication to customer success, team leadership, and problem-solving.

Kristin Watson has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of North Texas, and they studied Health Care Administration for their Master of Science (M.S.) degree at The University of Texas at Arlington. In 2007, they also had the opportunity to study French at Aix-Marseille University.
