Kelsey Wolff

Director, Program Operations And People Services at GRAIL

Kelsey Wolff has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Program Operations and People Services at GRAIL, Inc. where they are responsible for overseeing program operations and managing people services. Kelsey joined GRAIL, Inc. in November 2020 as an Associate Director and was later promoted to Senior Program Manager in April 2020. Prior to GRAIL, Inc., Kelsey worked at Emily Carr University of Art and Design as a Program Lead from January 2020 to December 2021. Kelsey also worked at Aurora Inc. as a Project Manager for Business Integrations from May 2019 to February 2020. Before that, they were a Program Manager at Counsyl from October 2016 to May 2019, where they were responsible for headcount management and the development and launch of a formal Diversity & Inclusion program. Kelsey was also a Lead Program Manager and Co-founder at Startup Nanaimo from November 2013 to December 2016, where they supported entrepreneurs and non-profits in launching and growing their businesses. Additionally, they worked as a Business Consultant from January 2016 to November 2016. Kelsey has also held roles at SquareOne in Nanaimo as a Manager, Real Estate Webmasters as a Product Consultant, and Vancouver Island University as a Lead Project Researcher and Project Researcher.

Kelsey Wolff has a diverse education history. From 2006 to 2007, they attended The College of the Rockies, where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in an unspecified field of study. Kelsey further pursued their education at the University of the Fraser Valley from 2007 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Business.

In 2012, Kelsey enrolled in two different universities simultaneously. Kelsey attended Vancouver Island University, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program with a focus on Finance. During the same period, they also studied at the University of Hertfordshire, obtaining a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in International Business. Their studies at both universities concluded in 2014.

Additionally, Kelsey has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In March 2018, they received a Certificate in Project Management from the Project Management Leadership Group, Inc. In April 2019, they became a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) through Agile Learning Labs. In September 2019, they acquired the Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) credential from Innovel. Most recently, in August 2022, they earned the title of Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci.
