Liting Xiao, Ph.D., is currently employed as a Quantitative Research Analyst at Graham Capital Management, L.P., since November 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at the LIGO Laboratory at Caltech from September 2016 to October 2022, where Liting led the development of a data pipeline for analyzing the Stochastic Gravitational-Wave Background and significantly contributed to the PyCBC detection pipeline, identifying two gravitational wave events during the LIGO–Virgo Observing Run 3. Liting holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Caltech (September 2016 - October 2022) and a Bachelor of Arts in Astronomy-Physics and Mathematics from the University of Virginia (August 2011 - May 2015).
