Rosie Howells is an accomplished sustainability professional with extensive experience across various roles in leading organizations. Currently serving as Group Head of Sustainability at Grafton Group plc since September 2022, Howells has previously held significant positions, including Head of Sustainability at Boohoo Group PLC and Sustainability Performance Manager at Waitrose, where responsibilities included performance management, stakeholder engagement, and communications. With a background in corporate responsibility from John Lewis Partnership and Tesco, along with expertise in client management at the Carbon Disclosure Project, Howells has demonstrated strong capabilities in strategy development, reporting, and community engagement. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London and a BA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
