Luke Thomas MCIPPdip has over a decade of experience in payroll management, currently serving as the Group Payroll and Benefits Manager at Grafton Group plc since June 2019. Prior to this, Luke held the position of International Payroll Operations Manager at iiPay, where leadership of a team of 15 specialists facilitated the processing of 10,000 payslips monthly across 40+ countries. From February 2014 to April 2018, Luke was the Payroll and HR Operations Business Partner at Cheltenham Ladies' College, responsible for payroll and HR administration for over 650 staff, including the administration of the Teachers' Pension Scheme. Earlier career experience includes a role as Payroll Manager at the same institution and as Payroll Manager & Accounts Assistant at Groves Davey Chartered Accountants. Luke is academically qualified with a Foundation Degree in Payroll Management from the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals and has pursued part qualifications in ACCA accounting.
