Joanna Jablonska Smart is an experienced payroll professional with a robust background in managing multi-state payroll functions across diverse organizations. Currently serving as Payroll Manager at ActiveCampaign since December 2019, Joanna oversees payroll for over 3,000 employees across more than 50 FEINs. Previous roles include Senior Payroll Specialist at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care and Payroll Specialist at Gogo, where Joanna implemented new systems and ensured compliance with federal and state regulations. With additional experience at EVRAZ North America, TCA Holdings, SMS Assist, LLC, and Eurest Services, Joanna has honed skills in payroll processing, auditing, and employee relations, supported by a B.S. in Management from Northeastern Illinois University.
