Jim Katsos is an experienced professional in the field of solution engineering, currently serving as the Head of Solution Engineering APAC at Grafana Labs. Prior roles include Manager of Solution Engineering for ANZ Enterprise, Strategic and Public Sector, and Manager of Solutions Engineering Corporate and Emerging ANZ & ASIA at Okta. Additionally, Jim held the position of ANZ Regional Manager Solution Architecture at Red Hat, Director of Solution Engineering APJ at Quest Software, and Manager of Presales for Australia and New Zealand at Dell. Jim obtained a degree from Monash University, with studies spanning from 1992 to 1998.
