Imraan Abrahams is a Support Engineer at Grafana Labs since July 2022, previously serving in the same role at Entersekt. From January 2013 to February 2022, Imraan worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in various support roles, including Deployment Cloud Support Engineer and Linux Cloud Support Engineer, where responsibilities included interviewing and coaching recruits, mentoring associates, and managing high-end Elasticache cases. Imraan has extensive experience troubleshooting AWS services, operating systems, and third-party applications, as well as providing global support to customers on AWS technology. Imraan holds a SUSE Certified Linux Administrator certification from CompTIA.
