Carmen Küdorf

International Service Delivery Manager at Graebel Companies

Carmen Küdorf has worked at Graebel Companies, Inc. since 2017. Carmen started as an International Assignment Associate in September 2017 and was promoted to the role of International Assignment Consultant in December 2017. Carmen later became a Senior International Assignment Consultant from June 2019 to September 2019. Carmen then served as an International Service Delivery Supervisor from October 2019 to January 2022. Currently, they hold the position of International Service Delivery Manager starting from February 2022.

Before joining Graebel Companies, Inc., Carmen worked at GoodCall as a Talent Sourcer. Carmen'sfirst role was from December 2015 to February 2017, during which they were responsible for analyzing, mapping, and identifying potential candidates, as well as sourcing and headhunting through innovative methods. Carmen'ssecond role, from March to August 2017, involved similar tasks but with additional responsibilities such as career counseling and constantly developing new sourcing techniques.

Carmen Küdorf completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Tartu, graduating in 2015. Prior to that, they attended Hugo Treffner Gymnasium from 2009 to 2012, where they completed their high school education with a focus on humanities. In addition to their formal education, Carmen obtained a certification as a RACS - Recruitment Academy® Certified Sourcer from the Recruitment Academy in February 2016.
