Hervé Huisman is the Co-founder and CEO of Gradyent, where focus is on accelerating the transition to smart and sustainable heating solutions since July 2019. Previously, Hervé Huisman held significant roles at ASML, serving as Director of Supply Chain Upgrades & Installs and Senior Manager of Customer Supply Chain, where leadership was demonstrated across operational teams in the US, Asia, and Europe from June 2015 to June 2019. Prior experience includes being an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from October 2010 to May 2015, concentrating on energy and high-tech sectors, and co-founding startups such as Musekick and OpDieFiets.nl. Educational credentials include an MBA from INSEAD and a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology.
