Heather Krumpak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and customer success within the education sector. As a Co-Founder and Vice President at GradLeaders since January 2003, Heather has played a pivotal role in developing and managing key relationships. Prior to this, Heather co-founded MBA Focus and served as Vice President of School Partnerships from January 2003 to September 2015. Heather also worked as a Corporate Account Manager at BrassRing from 2000 to 2002. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Ohio University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
