Jennifer Cates is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in software development and project management. Currently serving as an Oracle Developer at Gradkell Systems Inc since September 2018, Jennifer has also held the position of Owner and Office Manager at Precision Solutions, Inc. since September 2003. Previous roles include Software Engineer at Jacobs Sverdrup, where Jennifer merged Oracle software for military programs, and an Oracle Developer position at Gradkell Systems Inc, focusing on financial management systems for the US Corps of Engineers. Jennifer's early experience includes senior system analyst roles at CST and NCCIM, as well as software engineering at Dynetics, Inc., and Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Math from the University of North Alabama.
