Andrew Brackin is a Partner at Gradient Ventures, leading early rounds for a venture fund focused on transformational AI companies backed by Alphabet since January 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew co-founded Vial in July 2020, serving as COO and Board member, where efforts led to scaling the company from $0 to over $15 million in annual recurring revenue. Andrew was part of the founding team at Newfront from January 2018 to June 2020, contributing as Head of Growth for a tech-enabled insurance brokerage valued at $2 billion. Earlier experience includes working in growth at Jobr for Business, which was acquired by Monster, and being selected as a Thiel Fellow from 2013 to 2015. Andrew is a Thiel Fellowship dropout.
