Krista Acklam FCIM is an experienced professional in customer experience and marketing, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Gradian since May 2017, where responsibilities include implementing customer strategy and leading cultural change towards customer-centricity. With a strong background in marketing, Krista has been the Managing Director of CMS International Ltd since its inception in 1996, evolving the organization from general marketing services to specializing in branding, copywriting, and customer experience management. Prior experience includes roles at PPP Healthcare as Director and Senior Project Manager, and a foundation in customer service within the healthcare sector. Krista holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Studies from The University of Sheffield.
