Currently serving as the Head of Research and Development at Gracure Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and previously holding the same title at V-Ensure Pharma Technologies Pvt Limited, Dr. Kashid has also contributed as General Manager of R&D formulation development and technology transfer at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited and as General Manager of R&D formulation and analytical development at Daewoong Pharmaceuticals. Additionally, Dr. Kashid has served as a Senior Research Manager at SUN PHARMA, demonstrating a comprehensive background in advancing pharmaceutical research and development projects.
