Tianna Thomas is a skilled professional with a diverse background in digital service and communications. Currently serving as a Digital Service Squad Team Member at both the City of Port Colborne and Downtown Welland BIA since May 2022 and October 2021, respectively, Tianna specializes in coaching small business owners on enhancing their online presence through digital tools. Previous experience includes a role as a Junior Consultant at J. Liburd Communications, developing communication materials and providing administrative support. Tianna also gained valuable digital transformation consultation experience at the Corporation of the Town of Grimsby.
