Rich Parson is an experienced community leader and motivational speaker currently serving as the Director of Community Outreach at Grace United Methodist Church since August 2023. As the Owner of RP Self Development LLC since February 2017, Rich specializes in inspiring individuals to leverage their past for future success and trains performance athletes in football. Additional contributions include serving as CEO of the Game Changers Give Foundation, which focuses on improving children's futures, and Co-Owner of Pro Speakers Plus, where speaking engagements and corporate workshops are hosted. Rich has held various leadership roles, such as Manager of Leaders In Transition at Group Violence Intervention and Community Health Director at REACH Riverside Development Organization. With a solid foundation in social work from the University of Maryland, Rich also has experience in law enforcement, having served as a Police Officer for New Castle County (DE) Government.
