Adam Thatcher has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Adam started their career as a Food and Beverage Manager at Squaw Valley Ski Holdings in 2009 and was later promoted to Food and Beverage Director. During their time there, they successfully increased annual revenues by $2 million and created ten new or renovated restaurants that received recognition in industry publications.
In 2015, Adam joined Grace Farms Foundation as the Director of Operations and Sustainability. Adam was responsible for managing the daily operations and sustainability programs, overseeing two LEED certifications, and leading a staff of 60.
