Gaurav G. began their career in 2003 as a Design Analyst with Wipro Technologies. In 2008, they became a Project Lead with Satyam Computer Services Ltd. In 2009, they joined Societe Generale as a Sr. Manager - Functional Consultant. In 2012, Gaurav G. co-created Rani's (Women's Fashion Boutique & Design Studio) and also became an AVP - Reference Data Services with Deutsche Bank Group. In 2013, they co-founded Chatoree (North Indian restaurant) and was responsible for Marketing strategy, Legal and taxations and Corporate connects for advertising & events. In 2016, Gaurav G. became the COO & co-founder of GrabbnGo (www.grabbngo.com).

Gaurav G. completed a Secondary School degree at Ramakrishna Mission Vidyapith, Deoghar. Gaurav then earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Applications from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and a B.Com from Delhi University. Gaurav G. then attended Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan's Sawan Public School, where they earned their High School degree. Gaurav then went on to pursue a MS in Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. After that, Gaurav G. attended Duke University, where they earned a Product Management degree. In 2017, Gaurav G. completed a course in Entrepreneurship and Growth strategy at Y Combinator.
