Harris Maung is a Software Engineer with a diverse range of experience in various high-profile technology companies. Currently serving as a Software Engineer Intern at RisingWave Labs since August 2022, Harris focuses on building operators within the Cloud Platform Team, utilizing a tech stack that includes Go, Rust, Kubernetes, and controller-runtime. Prior experience includes a Summer Analyst role at Goldman Sachs, where Harris worked on Core engineering and SecDB architecture using C++, and an Industrial Attachment at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, contributing to the Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities Technology Team with Python3, Flask, and ReactJs. Earlier experience involved software engineering at ROHO using JavaScript and Vue, and a leadership role as a Platoon Commander in the Singapore Armed Forces. Harris holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore, completed in May 2023, and attended Temasek Junior College from 2015 to 2016.
