Terry is responsible for GR Engineering’s HSE function and performance, including the development, implementation and management of its HSE policies and procedures at all levels of the business. Terry’s role also extends to conducting HAZOP studies and managing safety advisors in their implementation of site specific inductions and project safety management plan compliance. As Procurement Manager he reviews purchases and contracts for conformance to company policy, negotiating with vendors to secure the most advantageous terms.
