Victor Lukic has a strong background in leadership and management roles. Victor started their career as the President & CEO of Grundfos Pumps - North America at Grundfos Management A/S, where they worked from 1991 to 2003. Victor then moved on to become the President of Kitchen Craft and later the President of Cabinetry at Kohler at FORTUNE BRANDS & KOHLER from 2003 to 2005. Following this, Lukic worked as the President / CEO at inSynergy Partners LLC from 2005 to 2012, where they focused on leadership, acquisition evaluations, and restructuring companies. Currently, they are serving as the President / CEO of Great Plains Industries, Inc., a leading manufacturer in the fuel transfer and industrial instrumentation markets.
Victor Lukic holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ryerson University and a BAS in Business Administration from York University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including C6 - LICENSED CONTRACTOR: Cabinet, Millwork and Finish Carpentry from the Contractors State License in California, Certified Instructor of "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People" from FranklinCovey Co. in Utah, Certified as a Licensed Analyst of PI "The Predictive Index System" from The Predictive Index System - Praendex Pacific, and completed the Industrial Marketing - Executive Program at McGill University.
