Angela Short began their work experience in 2006 as a Seasonal Horticulture Crew Member at Muifield Village Golf Club. In 2007, they became a Landscape Designer/ Horticulturalist at Scioto Country Club. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Graduate Assistant, KSA Website at The Knowlton School of Architecture. In 2012, they joined GPD Group as a Project Manager. In 2017, they started their involvement with Ohio Chapter of ASLA (OCASLA), initially serving as Buckeye Section Chair before moving on to become Buckeye Section Member at Large, Vice President of Communications, and finally Vice President of Membership. Since 2018, they have also been actively involved with The Center for Architecture and Design, serving first as a Board Trustee, then as Vice Chair, and currently as Chair.
Angela Short pursued their education in a dedicated manner, starting with a Bachelor's degree in Horticulture from West Virginia University from 2003 to 2007. Afterward, they furthered their qualifications by completing a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture at The Ohio State University between 2007 and 2010.
