Sylvia Stoyanova, Associate CIPD, is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Strategic HRBP Director for Europe at GPA Global since September 2022. Previously, Sylvia held the position of Head of Human Resources at AirScape, where responsibilities included establishing the HR function in a start-up and scaling staff within a short timeframe. At Pfizer, from March 2010 to August 2020, Sylvia progressed through various roles, including Talent Acquisition Manager and Cluster HRBP Lead, where Sylvia excelled in recruitment processes and workforce planning across Central and Eastern Europe. Earlier roles include HR Director at Carlsberg Bulgaria AD, where Sylvia managed company mergers and established HR systems, and various HR Manager positions in banking and FMCG industries. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Technical University of Sofia and a program at IESE Business School.
