Ivan Mance has extensive experience in football management, currently serving as the Director of Football at Göztepe Spor Kulübü since August 2022. Previously, Ivan held the position of Technical Director at PAFOS FC LTD from July 2021 to July 2022 and spent two decades at NK Rijeka, where roles included Sporting Director, Deputy Sporting Director, and Director of Scouting, alongside a career as a professional football player. Ivan earned a Bachelor of Economics in Business Administration and Management from PAR Business University in Rijeka.
