Ashley Caldwell is a corporate and franchise lawyer with extensive experience in law firms including Gowling WLG, McKenzie Lake Lawyers LLP, and Dyer Brown LLP. At Gowling WLG since September 2024, Ashley continues to specialize in corporate law. Previous roles included coordinating corporate reorganizations and estate planning at McKenzie Lake and drafting legal documents at Brisebois Law Office, where litigation and settlement negotiations were also undertaken. Early career experience spans customer service and management roles at TD and Rogers Communications, along with leading a student-operated franchise. Ashley holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Queen's University.
